A. Job Purpose

The Associate Manager – Design & Video is responsible for producing high-quality visual designs and video content that bring the brand’s storytelling to life. This role is hands-on—executing creative concepts, managing video production workflows, and ensuring all visual outputs align with the brand’s marketing and communication strategy.

B. Key Responsibilities

Design & Video Production

  • Understand briefs and work with creative teams to produce compelling graphics, motion assets, and video content.
  • Design and refine visual layouts using strong graphic design and visual storytelling practices.
  • Manage and coordinate shoots, including planning, execution, and production of in-house video content.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Copywriters, Creative Leads, and cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Provide expertise in video editing and design, ensuring content is optimized for digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Stay updated on the latest creative tools, techniques, and technologies.

Feedback & Quality Control

  • Incorporate feedback from creative leadership and stakeholders to refine deliverables.
  • Test, adapt, and optimize graphic and video outputs across formats to ensure quality and performance.

Brand Alignment & Innovation

  • Stay current with design and video trends to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Support the development of creative and communication strategies that align with campaign and brand goals.
  • Take on additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned.

C. Skills & Qualities Required

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong grounding in design principles, video production, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality visual content.

D. Education & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media Production, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum: 6+ years in visual design and video editing.
  • Desired: 9–11 years, with proven experience in experience design, brand development, and the end-to-end creative process.
