Campaign & Channel Leadership

  • Guide the team across content, performance marketing, brand, social media, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Review and approve major campaigns, ensuring message clarity, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate channel performance and optimize for cost efficiency and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with product launches and investor communication.
  • Support sales funnels by ensuring strong messaging, lead quality, and targeted campaigns.

Team Leadership & Governance

  • Mentor content, design, and performance teams with clear direction and structured processes.
  • Implement dashboards, KPIs, and review mechanisms to ensure consistent output and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial marketing guidelines and internal quality standards.

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends, competitor movements, regulatory updates, and investor behavior patterns to refine strategy.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in the fixed-income category.
