
Sales Administrative Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and hands-on knowledge of CRM systems to manage customer data and streamline sales processes. This role will also serve as direct support to the VP of Sales, assisting with administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and order processing
- Generate sales reports and track KPIs
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and sales documents
- Manage customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Sales
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
