Responsibilities



  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other tools.
  • Generate high-quality leads through outbound emails, cold calls, and online engagement.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for recruitment services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client hiring needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends and hiring patterns to discover new lead opportunities.
  • Assist in creating lead generation strategies and campaigns.
