Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost-efficiency, and ROI.
  • Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Support lead generation and sales campaigns for multiple clients.


Requirements:


  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
