About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies and smart ad spend management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaign performance for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and improve cost per acquisition (CPA/CAC).
  • Manage and track daily budgets, bids, and key growth metrics.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Implement SEO and retargeting strategies to boost campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads).
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, funnels, and landing page optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
