Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working on developing innovative products aligned with the company’s vision. Responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing product performance. The role requires close coordination with teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, and operations to ensure successful product development, strategy, and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, including managing product lifecycles and creating product roadmaps.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
- Exceptional Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills.
- Knowledge of FMCG market trends, customer behavior, and supply chain processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in the FMCG or beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on results.
