Key Responsibilities:

  • Database and Data Management: Maintain and update our sales database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manage and analyze sales-related spreadsheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of sales materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, appointments, and other team events.
  • Record Keeping: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and communication logs.


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate or a Post Graduate student in Business, Marketing, or the same similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Take ownership of tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adapt and learn new services and technical jargon to better serve clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven decision-making approach.
