The responsibilities include assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored recommendations in wallcoverings, furnishings & floorings. The role requires achieving sales targets, demonstrating product knowledge, and building strong customer relationships. The Showroom Sales Specialist will collaborate with other team members to create an excellent customer experience.QualificationsExperience in showroom operations and a customer-facing environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approachProficient in customer service and able to resolve queries effectivelyExperience in sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targetsFamiliarity with interior design concepts and products is highly preferredEnthusiastic and professional attitude with attention to detailMinimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent in a related field
