Performance Marketing Manager – Real Estate Campaigns

In real estate, we work with leading developers, agencies, and performance teams to drive lead generation and conversion outcomes that actually move business metrics.
You will lead end-to-end performance marketing for high-ticket real estate clients across India.
From Meta and Google campaign strategy to audience design, creative briefing, and daily optimization — you’ll run campaigns that don’t just generate leads, but deliver qualified, conversion-ready traffic that moves sales.
This role sits at the center of Revspot’s activation layer — you’ll work closely with our AI calling and client success teams to ensure every rupee spent delivers measurable return.
1. Campaign Strategy and Launch
- Plan, launch, and manage lead-generation campaigns across Meta and Google
- Design and own audience targeting, bidding, and ad delivery strategies
- Define campaign objectives and align with client revenue targets
2. Optimization and Scale
- Track CPL, CPQL, CTR, and conversion rates daily
- Run iterative testing on audiences, creatives, and placements
- Optimize budgets dynamically for maximum efficiency and ROI
3. Collaboration and Reporting
- Partner with creative teams to shape ad copy, visuals, and video storyboards
- Work closely with Revspot’s Account Managers to align marketing execution with funnel performance
- Deliver sharp, insight-driven weekly and monthly performance reviews
4. Innovation and Experimentation
- Stay ahead of platform changes, ad tech tools, and automation trends
- Test new media channels, formats, and attribution models
- Use AI and analytics to identify hidden efficiency opportunities
Someone who’s run real estate campaigns that actually worked — not vanity clicks, but qualified leads and booked site visits.
You have:
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of real estate performance funnels and buyer journeys
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and optimize for lead quality, not just volume
- Experience working with developers, property portals, or agencies serving real estate clients
- Comfort with lead form, WhatsApp, CRM, and automation flows
- Data fluency — you can read metrics and make decisions fast
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and move with founder-level urgency
- Run campaigns for India’s most ambitious developers
