Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop customized sales proposals and presentations based on client needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and messaging.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company.
- Maintain CRM records and generate reports on sales performance.
- Assist in contract negotiation and deal closure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in or with U.S.-based clients/markets.
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
