The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, the ability to go above and beyond to deliver results, and a strong attention to detail. Efficiency in handling Excel and experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is essential.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and execute end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.• Work with ERP systems (Ariba, Oracle) to process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure seamless processes.• Utilize Excel & Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.• Drive process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:• Proven experience in procure-to-pay processes and ERP systems (Ariba and Oracle preferred).• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.• A positive attitude, able to handle pressure, and a commitment to teamwork to achieve shared goals.• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a keen interest in going the extra mile to deliver high-quality results.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.• Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environmentPreferred Experience:• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.• Familiarity with procurement best practices and policies.Compliance LanguageWe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
