Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Outreach:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Sales Generation:
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Lead Management:
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Record call outcomes and sales performance metrics for review.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Min 1 years of work experience preferably in telesales
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi. Local language is an added benefit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to sales success.
