We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description:Enfinity Global is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Capital Markets Analyst to join our U.S. business team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the execution of strategic corporate initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, project and corporate financings, and other capital markets activities. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, capable of contributing to due diligence processes, assisting in negotiations, and helping drive successful transaction closings. ResponsibilitiesSupport various phases of project and transaction execution, contribute to new business development, and aid in the overall growth of the company.Assist in identifying investment and acquisition opportunities to grow the portfolio of development-stage and already-operating renewable assets and expand the business into new areas that fit within the company's strategic objectives.Participate in sourcing acquisition opportunities, maintaining relationships, and contributing to deal structuring and negotiation.Assist in transaction process for acquisitions from origination, deal screening, offer stage, term sheet and MIPA negotiation, structuring financing, through contract closing.Support financing transaction processes (i.e., Project Finance, Tax Equity, Capital Raising) from origination to closing, including drafting analyses, pitch materials, and investor and management presentations.Lead transaction process management activities such as NDAs, VDRs and Q&A.Assist in maintaining relationships with strategic partners such as EPCs, vendors, suppliers and O&M providers to support origination efforts.Contribute to a variety of transactions and projects in all stages.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.Assist in financial analysis and due diligence coordination, including but not limited to financial modeling efforts.Coordination of due diligence processes such as reviewing documentation, researching industry information and summarizing resultsProvide support as required on strategic initiatives.QualificationsBA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred)1–3 years of experience in investment, structured finance, development, or related fields; exposure to investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A is a plusInterest or experience in Energy & Renewables and Infrastructure sectors, with a basic understanding of power market fundamentals and renewable energy trendsStrong proficiency in financial modeling, corporate finance principles, and strategic planningExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insightsEffective communicator with strong written and verbal skills; able to engage confidently with partners and clientsDemonstrates professionalism, integrity, pragmatism, and a proactive, forward-thinking attitudeIn Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
