Position: Manager – Channel Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Location: Noida (Hybrid Mode: 2 Days from Office)
Experience: 4+ years
CitiXsys-iVend Retail is hiring a Manager – Channel Partner Recruitment & Onboarding to drive our channel-led growth in SaaS, on-cloud and on-premise retail management solutions. In this role, you will own the partner lifecycle from identification and recruitment through to onboarding, before transitioning accounts to the Partner Enablement team.
Key responsibilities:
- Source, qualify and recruit channel partners in priority markets
- Respond to and nurture inbound partner enquiries from web and marketing channels
- Manage all outreach and funnel activities
- Run the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process with Channel Sales Managers
- Ensure a strong first impression and clear value proposition for all prospective partners
Requirements:
- 4+ years of partner recruitment experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across global time zones and towards defined KPIs/KRAs
- Experience in retail tech or global SaaS/channel programs is an advantage
