About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Consultant from a luxury background who can provide premium styling advice, assist high-end clients, and contribute to an elevated retail experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and customer service standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client preferences, lifestyle, and styling needs
  • Provide personalized styling and complete wardrobe solutions
  • Recommend high-end clothing, accessories, footwear, and luxury brands
  • Stay updated with global fashion trends and seasonal collections
  • Assist premium clients with styling, fittings, and product selections
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up services
  • Create lookbooks, visual style guides, and brand-aligned styling concepts
  • Work closely with store teams to ensure product availability
  • Meet sales targets and enhance the overall luxury retail experience
  • Participate in brand events, exhibitions, and launches

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Experience in luxury retail / luxury fashion brands
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong styling sense and understanding of fashion trends
  • Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism
  • Good presentation, grooming, and visual styling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation


Education:

  • Diploma/Degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Luxury Retail, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • 1–4 years in luxury retail, styling, or personal shopping
