The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and customer service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client preferences, lifestyle, and styling needsProvide personalized styling and complete wardrobe solutionsRecommend high-end clothing, accessories, footwear, and luxury brandsStay updated with global fashion trends and seasonal collectionsAssist premium clients with styling, fittings, and product selectionsMaintain strong client relationships and follow-up servicesCreate lookbooks, visual style guides, and brand-aligned styling conceptsWork closely with store teams to ensure product availabilityMeet sales targets and enhance the overall luxury retail experienceParticipate in brand events, exhibitions, and launchesRequired Skills & QualificationsMandatory: Experience in luxury retail / luxury fashion brandsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsStrong styling sense and understanding of fashion trendsAbility to handle premium clients with professionalismGood presentation, grooming, and visual styling skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service orientationEducation:Diploma/Degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Luxury Retail, or related field (preferred)Experience:1–4 years in luxury retail, styling, or personal shoppingWho Should Apply?Candidates who:Come from a luxury brand backgroundHave strong communication & client-handling skillsAre passionate about fashion, styling, and luxury retailReside in or willing to work in Surat or Ahmedabad
