THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Senior Manager – Projects to lead end-to-end deployment of startup-led solutions across Vedanta’s operations. This role will:Drive on-ground execution of pilots and scaled deployments at client/plant sites.Ensure alignment with business units through stakeholder coordination, business case support, and delivery monitoring.Lead post-deployment support, including change management, value tracking, and reporting of business impact.Build reusable playbooks and knowledge assets for scaling solutions across the group.IDEAL CANDIDATE10+ years of experience in project management, industrial deployments, or digital transformation execution.Proven ability to work with multi-stakeholder teams (clients, startups, internal functions).Strong skills in business case development (CBA), risk identification, and solution adoption.Hands-on executor with a focus on delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.
