As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our CloudEK product. This is an excellent opportunity to dive deep into the world of cybersecurity, develop your technical skills, and contribute to a vital aspect of our customer success.Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact (Level 1 support) for user inquiries related to CloudEK's comprehensive product via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues by utilizing internal knowledge bases, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Accurately document all user interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear and concise documentation for common issues and solutions.Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams with detailed information and troubleshooting steps taken.Demonstrate a strong passion for cybersecurity and a proactive approach to learning about CloudEK's product and the broader threat landscape.Develop an understanding of compliance standards and cyber laws relevant to our product and industry.Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.Explore and apply AI prompt engineering techniques to enhance support processes and knowledge resources.(High preference)Employ strong problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking to identify and resolve user challenges effectively.Demonstrate a strong aptitude towards cybersecurity and a keen interest in expanding your knowledge in this domain.(Mandatory)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or any other graduation. Preference will be given to candidates with a background or strong aptitude towards Cyber Security.No part-time applications will be considered. This is a full-time internship.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and eager attitude towards learning new technologies and concepts.
