Founded by Raghu Reddy, who has personally gone through the EB1A process, we are passionate about transforming global talent's aspirations into tangible achievements.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to support our operations team in processing and managing EB1A-related documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong research and communication skills, a knack for accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume data workflows in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.What You Will DoConduct structured research and validate client-provided data across modules such as scholarly articles, awards, memberships, and more.Process and manage client applications including intake forms, strategy sheets, and evidence folders.Perform quality checks, peer reviews, and ensure document compliance with internal and legal standards.Track and manage publication schedules, award applications, and content submissions with 100% accuracy.Collaborate with internal teams (Client Success Managers, Editorial, Legal) and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.Respond to client queries and internal tickets (via Asana or email) within 24-hour SLA timelines.Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records in designated trackers and ensure adherence to naming conventions.Ensure 0% error rate in communication, tagging, uploads, and submissions.Continuously improve internal processes through structured feedback and collaboration.What You Will NeedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in a data operations, publishing, research, or documentation role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written communication skills.Proficient with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.High ownership and accountability in managing end-to-end processes.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in legal, immigration, publishing, or academic domains.Familiarity with EB1A requirements and supporting documentation.Exposure to quality review or peer feedback cycles.Join us at EB1A Experts and be a part of a purpose-driven team that is changing lives through strategic immigration solutions.
