You would function as an interface (through effective communication) among stakeholders, customer, and partners. You are a self-starter who is passionate about solving customers’ complicated problems by analyzing, evaluating and estimating requirements and specifications in liaison with SMEs and technical experts.You should have strong background in customer communication management managing project’s scope, acceptance, implementation and deployment. Create Functional requirement document coordinating with CCM Technical architect. You should be skilled in designing/reviewing test cases, processing change requests and managing a project’s scope.
