Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Hyderabad with minimum 5-6years of experience. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks including analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective solutions. You will also be involved in conducting data analysis, creating project plans, and providing ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Core BA activities which include requirement gathering from Support Team / Customers, preparing documentation such as MOM, SOW, FRD, and BRD, in terms of writing User stories maintaining a clear communication channel between various stakeholders, understanding business requirements and co-ordinate with the development team and Support Team for requirements development and bug fixtures. Able to quickly grasp the application knowledge and align with customer requirements and company goals. Work closely with Senior Business Analyst, Business Development Team, and Tech Leads/Tech SMEs/ Domain SMEs Managing client communication. Participate in conference Meetings with customers or Internal Stakeholders to gather business requirements or key Pain Points of the Internal or External Stakeholders along with Senior BA in Writing Documentation and escalation from the Support Team to the Development Team.

Prepare Work Breakdown Structure of Requirements from various customers through the Support Team and Estimates for a requirement Work closely with BA for Pre-Implementation & Post Implementation activities. Prepare Reports in knowing the Requirement stats depending on the customer's need. Able to do market research in improving overall product. Work closely with the UI/UX team, Project Manager, and Tech Leads to Prepare User Stories, and Actively participate in Daily Stand-up meetings.

Note: Additional knowledge in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, would be beneficial.

Eligibility Criteria
Fluent in Verbal/Written English Communication Analytical Thinking and Problem-solving Business Requirement Understanding and requirement engineering Should be interested to learn EMR Products and must have completed Graduation and hands-on experience in Excel and MS Office.

Good to have Domain Knowledge:
EMR | Healthcare | HIS | EHS | HIMS

Good to have education qualifications:
BTech Computer Engineering/ BTech IT/BTech EC/BCA/MCA/MBA/BBA
