Live Chat FTAAs a Live Chat FTA, your primary responsibility will be interacting with website visitors through an automated chat system. You will need to have a deep understanding of the website architecture, HighRadius’ products, services, and offerings. You should be able to have a real-time meaningful conversation with a website visitor based on outbound messaging or inbound requests.
