Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Working and understanding the local and in house tools to ensure all the banners, carousel and other web and app assets are deployed and monitored with high degree of accuracy.Coordinating with the commercial team for having all relevant information with regards to day on day offers, deals and Banner Products (what needs to be shown on the banner)Champion the consumer through all processes and last touch of all site collateral. Ensuring the customer journey via all routes is uniform and seamless.Work closely with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team for planning Push notification, emailers and accessing their performance.Coordinating with the Arabic copywriter’s team for getting translation for all site collateral so it meets legal requirements and can be utilized on.Doing the post campaign analysis such as Banner performance, Deals performance etc. and sharing the insight with other team members and stakeholders.Maintaining detailed documents on all processes, opportunities and KPIs.Managing, scheduling and tracking of site components to align with brand campaigns and key initiatives.Collaborating with the Creative and Site Experience Teams to ensure alignment on the creative direction and implementation of onsite marketing content.Maintaining a regular and a very high degree of Onsite Quality processes to ensure creative executions align with site standards.What you'll need:Bachelors in Business Administration or a similar fieldFresh or recent graduate, with a strong desire and passion for e-commerceStrong project management, problem-solving and organizational skillsAn individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment in a volatile industryComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneAptitude for organization, flexibility and producing resultsExperience working in a similar or related roleArabic speaking skills a plusWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
