Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho Product Sales Executive located in Noida. The role involves identifying client needs, managing customer accounts, and building lasting client relationships. The Sales Executive will engage in business development, provide exceptional customer service, and actively promote Zoho solutions to optimize data management and workflow for clients. Strategizing and implementing sales techniques will also be a key part of the role. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management with a proven ability to convert leads into sales and maintain strong customer relationships.Knowledge in Business Development, including identifying opportunities, building client networks, and implementing strategies to grow the customer base.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented and proactive approach.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with CRM tools, especially the Zoho Platform, is a strong advantage.
