ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Sr. Brand & Design Manager to lead our brand strategy and creative design initiatives, primarily focusing on the evolving education sector. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of compelling brand narratives and innovative design work that resonate across digital platforms, helping shape the future of educational experiences.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence, driving impactful storytelling that reflects the rapid technological advancements and learner-centric trends shaping education today.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and management of a cohesive brand identity that effectively communicates our values and mission within the education sector.
- Direct creative strategies and design execution for campaigns, digital content, and brand assets tailored to educational audiences.
- Manage and mentor a diverse creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Drive the creative process end-to-end: from conceptualization and storyboarding to final delivery, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Partner closely with marketing, content, and product teams to integrate brand messaging seamlessly across all touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of education industry trends — including AI-enabled personalized learning, immersive technologies (VR/AR), hybrid learning models, and data-driven analytics — to inform and inspire innovative brand storytelling.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and excellence in all creative outputs aligned with business objectives and learner needs.
- Champion cutting-edge design tools and approaches to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital education landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Branding, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressive brand management or design leadership experience, preferably with exposure to the education sector.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and digital design.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with motion graphics, storytelling, and digital content trends.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and complex projects.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for innovation and staying current on design and education industry developments.
