Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using Next JS/React.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern web development techniques.
• Build reusable and scalable components using React, Redux, and other related libraries.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure high-quality software by writing automated tests and conducting code reviews.
• Continuously improve the software development process by evaluating and adopting new tools and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in web development using Next JS/React.
• Strong proficiency in React and related libraries such as Redux.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript/ JavaScript (OOP).
• Experience with CSS framework like Bootstrap 5 and Tailwind
• Experience with Unit testing like Jest and Karma
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack and Babel and Vite.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, best practices, and design patterns.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
