Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that the solutions address real customer pain points and needs.
- Feature Development : Lead the development of new features and enhancements, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all security and safety features comply with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and protection laws.
- User Experience : Focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly security and safety features that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor product performance, including user feedback and key metrics, to identify areas for improvement and ensure the effectiveness of security and safety measures.

Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on security and safety features in a customer-facing role.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of security and safety technologies, standards, and best practices. Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving results.
- Customer Focus : Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Certifications : Relevant certifications in security, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus.
