Our mission is simple: help dogs live healthier, happier lives—while giving their parents peace of mind.
We’re now looking for a Creative Strategist to own and lead our paid ads creative strategy end-to-end. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who understands the science of great ads, thrives in fast-paced environments, and—most importantly—is a dog parent who genuinely cares about pet health.
You’ll own the creative engine that powers our paid media. This means:
Deep Customer Understanding
- Lead ongoing research into pet parent needs: review mining (our reviews, competitor reviews, Amazon, Reddit, TikTok comments, etc.), audience insights, and pain point mapping.
- Build frameworks that identify stages of awareness (problem aware, solution aware, unaware) and translate them into actionable ad concepts.
Creative Strategy & Frameworks
- Develop SOPs from scratch for creative strategy: research, concepting, testing, and performance analysis.
- Translate insights into a clear roadmap of creative angles, hooks, and concepts.
- Track what’s tested vs. untested, learnings, and iteration pathways.
Ad Creative Leadership
- Own the creative direction across static ads, carousels, GIFs, short/long-form videos.
- Write and refine ad copy (hooks, body, CTAs) with a direct-response mindset.
- Review briefs and assign tasks to graphic designers & video editors. Ensure every output is performance-focused, not just pretty.
- Understand what makes a scroll-stopping visual or video perform.
Performance Marketing Alignment
- Partner closely with the growth team to align creatives with performance KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, Watch Time).
- Constantly diagnose creative performance, spot patterns, and propose next steps for scaling winners and cutting losers.
Team & Process Leadership
- Manage designers, editors, and UGC creators.
- Build clear, repeatable creative workflows (briefs, naming conventions, asset libraries, iterations).
- Ensure a high volume of quality, test-ready ad creatives are launched weekly.
✅ Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy for paid ads (D2C brand or agency background preferred).
- Proven track record of scaling ads across Meta, YouTube, or TikTok.
- Strong understanding of direct response copywriting and creative frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creatives impact them.
- Dog parent – non-negotiable. We want someone who understands our audience because they live it.
Nice-to-Haves
- Ability to create content themselves (shooting/editing UGC, reels, or ads).
- Prior experience in pet care, supplements, or wellness brands.

- Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000/month (based on experience)
