We are a fast-growing SaaS & AI business serving e-commerce and q-commerce brands by providing data-driven insights across major marketplaces. We’re looking for a Technical Writer who can turn complex technology into clear, engaging narratives for our website, blog, social media, and press.

Create well-structured, high-impact content that bridges technology and business — explaining our innovations in AI, data, and e-commerce in a way that resonates with customers, investors and the public.

•Write and edit content for websites, blogs, product pages, and media articles.

• Develop press releases, case studies, thought-leadership articles, and LinkedIn posts.

• Create storytelling content driven by founders and company vision that builds brand credibility and engagement.


&

• Collaborate with AI, Product and Data Science teams to grasp core concepts.

• Translate technical content into clear, compelling narratives for business audiences.

• Develop structured content briefs and storyboards for the visual team.


• Work with the creative & design team to craft instructional designs, infographics and visuals.

• Ensure content pieces are visually aligned with the brand identity and theme.

• Maintain consistency in tone, structure and language across all written and visual communications.

• Help document content and design communication guidelines.


&

• Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content.

• Stay updated with trends in AI, SaaS and e-commerce to drive thought-leadership pieces.


:

1. 2–6 years of experience in technical writing or content marketing in a SaaS, AI or tech company.

2. Strong technical understanding (AI, data analytics or e-commerce ecosystems).

3. Skilled in writing across multiple formats – blogs, social media, press releases, websites.

4. Experience collaborating with design and marketing teams to create visual content.

5. Excellent written communication, creative storytelling and an eye for detail.

6. Familiarity with SEO, WordPress/Notion and preparing visual/design briefs.
