Role Description

The Corporate Gifting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and executing the corporate gifting strategy, developing relationships with corporate clients, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of gifts. The Corporate Gifting Manager will also be responsible for customizing gifting solutions to client needs, monitoring trends, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to align gifting strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Organizational and Project Management skills
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Ability to customize solutions based on client needs
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus
