Role Overview

We are seeking an immediate-joiner Talent Acquisition Specialist – Operations Hiring who has hands-on experience in recruiting for food and hospitality operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong networks within the food industry and proven success hiring kitchen staff, dispatchers, kitchen helpers, commis, chefs, and CDPs through job portals like Indeed, Naukri, Apna, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations and kitchen roles.
  • Source candidates via Indeed, Naukri, Apna, social media, and offline referrals.
  • Hire for roles including:
  • Kitchen Helpers
  • Dispatchers
  • Commis
  • Chefs & CDPs (Chef de Partie)
  • Kitchen Support & Operations Staff
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Partner with operations managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source performance, candidate pipeline).
  • Support onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in food/hospitality hiring – preferably in cloud kitchens, QSRs, or catering setups.
  • Strong working knowledge of job portals (Indeed, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Existing network of candidates in the food or restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring independently.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
