What will you Drive ?


  • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ product designers and researchers, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and innovation.
  • Provide continuous guidance, structured feedback, and growth opportunities for your team.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design and business decisions.
  • Partner with Data Science, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to make informed design choices rooted in real-world user behavior.
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain the CARS24 Design Language System, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Own the user experience across digital products — from discovery to delivery.
  • Create and review artifacts including Personas, User Journeys, IA, Interaction Patterns, Task Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes.
  • Drive end-to-end validation through usability testing, A/B tests, ethnographic studies, focus group discussions, and more.
  • Champion a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Serve as the design voice in product conversations, influencing decisions across multiple teams.
  • Seamlessly blend insights from data, engineering feasibility, and user needs to craft experiences that stand out.


What we are looking for ?


  • 8–15 years of experience designing world-class digital products.
  • Degree in M.Des from IDC, NID, IITs, or other reputed design institutes (preferred).
  • Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision, etc.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles: heuristics, affordances, atomic design, laws of UX, and when to break the rules.
  • Deep knowledge of research methodologies: semi-structured interviews, user diaries, ethnographic studies, and frameworks like journey maps, affinity mapping, service blueprints.
  • Familiarity with implementation challenges across iOS, Android, Web, and hybrid platforms, including usability testing and analytics-driven iteration.
