We have offices in Gurugram and Chicago.Key Responsibilities:Lead Design Projects: Manage and execute the design process from concept to final product for new features and improvements on the VMock platform.User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.Concept Development: Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.Visual Design: Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and ensure the highest quality of visual design across all products.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.Design Systems: Build and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.Data-Driven Design: Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.Advocacy: Advocate for user-centered design and product thinking within the organization.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.Design QA: Communicate with engineering teams as designs are implemented to ensure products meet the usability standards. Analyze, resolve and track defects to closureSkills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Responsive Web-designing: Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Preferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.Experience working in a startup or tech environment.Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
