Manager Sales Operations- Commercial Excellence
The Sales Operations role is integral to the Commercial Excellence team, ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies and processes. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations through meticulous data analysis, strategic insights, and professional presentation preparation. By leveraging expertise in the pharmaceutical sector and proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, the Sales Operations Manager will support senior management in making informed decisions, driving commercial success, and achieving organizational goals.

Scope:
The sales operations manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial excellence team by optimizing sales processes, preparing management-level presentations, and leveraging data analysis to drive strategic decisions. This role requires a strong background in the pharma sector and proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. This position offers strong visibility to commercial leadership, providing valuable exposure and enhanced learning opportunities in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze sales data, generating actionable insights.
- Presentation Preparation: Create compelling and professional presentations using MS PowerPoint for management-level meetings.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain regular sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve commercial goals.
- Pharma Sector Expertise: Apply industry knowledge to understand market dynamics and support sales operations.
Experience & Requirements for the role:
- Degree in Pharma/Life Sciences with an MBA in a relevant field with 5-8 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights effectively and collaborate across teams.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze sales, market, and business data to generate insights.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data-driven decision-making.
- Strong ability to engage with internal stakeholders and contribute to client interactions, sales strategy, and key account analysis.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Eagerness to learn, ability to multi-task, and work independently or within teams with minimal supervision.
