Role:
Seeking a highly detail-oriented Junior Commercials Analyst to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all commercial documentation and financials, Commercial Document Check, Records Management, Preparing Analysis, Reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Scrutiny: Verify and validate commercial contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation.
  • Proofreading & QA: Meticulously proofread bills and invoices for errors, ensuring processing accuracy.
  • Due Diligence: Support basic due diligence by organizing and reviewing necessary documentation.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on document status, verification progress, and compliance.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain rigorous quality control across all document-related tasks.
  • Requirements
  • Experience in a commercial, accounts or administrative role focused on documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office and document management software (SAP/ Expedeon / Sharepoint)
