So stable job with bestsalary plus incentives.Better future with a stable company since 29 years.Key Responsibilities Recruitment (One-Time Hiring Drive)Screen and shortlist candidates for sales roles through job portals, calls, and social platformsConduct interviews to assess communication, confidence, negotiation skills, and objection-handling abilityCoordinate selection and onboarding of 21 sales executives (3 teams × 7)Ensure new hires adopt scripts and sales process from Day 1 Sales Training & Coaching (Ongoing Responsibility)Conduct daily or weekly sales training sessionsPrepare and update sales scripts and responses based on new objectionsListen to recordings and track common mistakes; provide corrective feedbackConduct mock calls and role plays for confidence buildingTrain team in:Client need analysisObjection handlingRapport buildingUrgency & decision-making skillsClosing techniques & follow-up strategyCreate new sales tactics to increase revenue every monthTrack improvement of each salesperson with a structured evaluation sheet Performance SupportWork closely with Team Leaders to monitor KPIs and conversionSupport low-performing team members with targeted sessionsPush high-performers to exceed targets with new strategiesIdeal CandidateExperience: Minimum 2–6 years in sales training / sales coaching / inside-sales team developmentExtrovert and TalkativeOrganized and detail-oriented.Positive attitude and ability to multitask.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, public speaking & motivation skillsMust be confident, energetic, and able to push performanceShould enjoy sales + psychology + coachingSalary & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceIncentives based on team performance may be added (optional)Long-term growth to Sales Training Manager / Performance Manager roleKey Skills & Requirements:Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and craft actionable strategies.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
