  2. Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
  3. Achieve sales targets through efficient market coverage, product promotion, and retailer engagement.
  4. Coordinate with distributors for order processing, stock management, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  5. Identify and onboard new retailers, while supporting route planning for optimal coverage.
  6. Collect market intelligence and feedback on products, pricing, and competitor activities.
  7. Execute promotional activities, product sampling, and campaigns as per company guidelines.
  8. Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
  9. This is a field-intensive role, involving order taking, merchandising, sampling, and execution of all promotional activities at the market level.
