CohnReznick currently has an exciting career opportunity with the Marketing team. We are looking for an Proposal Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team
- End to end tax proposal management (8 – 12 hours daily depending on volume of assignments).
- Focused mainly on final review of self-service proposals, and templated tax proposals.
- Provide proposal support
- Shred Proposal and create Strawman (2 -4 hours)
- Schedule and Host Kickoff Call (1-2 hours)
- Check in calls (varies by pursuit and proposal some have a daily check-in some have every couple of days)
- Managing pursuit team to get information needed to customize proposal – fees, team, focus of proposal etc. (this can take days of reminders)
- Manage contract review through with Legal team, IT team, P&C – depends on what is in the terms, what the account needs from us
- Write content (Time depends on Customization and level of effort needed) (2 – 8 hours)
- Work with Creative for design elements if needed (1 – 3 hours)
- Create complimentary document for Pursuit team to use when presenting proposal to the Client (1 hour)
- Orals prep and messaging (1 – 2 hours)
- Post win/loss Debrief (30 Mins - 1 hour)
- Peer Reviews (1-3 hours weekly)
- Review close to final drafts of peer created proposals
- Review close to final drafts of self-serve template proposals where applicable
