About the Role

We’re looking for a creatively charged AI Generalist who lives at the intersection of ideas, creation, and cutting-edge tools. This is not a plug-and-play role — we need someone who can conceptualize sharp, engaging content (especially for ads and reels), and then bring those ideas to life using AI tools, across both scripting and visual storytelling. You’ll play a key role in shaping how brands show up on digital platforms — thinking like a Creative Head but executing like a Creative Producer, with AI as your toolkit. If you can think in punchy hooks, scroll-stopping visuals, and love experimenting with what’s next in content creation — we’d love to meet you.


What You’ll Do:

  • Ideate and script short-form video concepts (ad films, reels, branded content) that are creative, bold, memorable, and rooted in cultural insight.
  • Use AI tools to mock up concepts, generate visuals, and animate scenes.
  • Execute full creative journeys: from writing the hook to generating frames/videos to stitching it all into a final piece.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and servicing teams to align on tone, objectives, and brand identity.
  • Continuously test new AI tools and techniques to improve output quality, reduce turnaround time, and enhance storytelling.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in creative thinking and dabbling with various AI tools — preferably in an agency or content studio.
  • Proven ability to write short-form copy (hooks, captions, scripts) that cuts through.
  • A portfolio or sample bank of reels/ads that showcases both your creative ideas and execution skills.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of your workflow — from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to work fast without compromising on creative quality.
  • A strong sense of visual and narrative storytelling for digital formats.
  • Self-starter, early adopter, and curious explorer of new creative technologies.
  • Up-to-date with all Gen AI trends in short-form content, platforms and viral formats.
  • Expertise with AI Tools: ChatGPT, Grok, Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.
