Ripple Links is an award-winning influencer marketing company that focuses on influencer- first strategies and campaigns. We believe that the right mix of creativity, tech and driven individuals create the best campaigns.
We understand influencers and creators, like no other. We have worked with top influencers across categories of fashion, food, entertainment and more. We run campaigns with the top comedy influencers, A Listers, and Digital content creators in the country.
We work at a million miles per hour and are looking for candidates who are creative, quick-thinking and love collaborating with creators to build fun and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Organizational Development: Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Design programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluations and support succession planning.
- HR Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
- HR Analytics: Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Team Management: Manage a team of HR recruiters and generalists
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar role, with a focus on culture and employee engagement.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage organizational change and development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
