Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring The Skin Diet Company’s philosophy to life across digital platforms - someone creative, camera-friendly, and fluent in the language of beauty.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that reflects The Skin Diet Company’s brand identity - authentic, educational, and aspirational.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content from tutorials and skincare routines to product launches and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual and tonal identity across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other key platforms.
  • Stay updated with skincare trends, ingredients, and influencer-led content to keep our brand relevant and relatable.


Influencer Marketing & PR Coordination:

  • Identify and collaborate with skincare, beauty, and lifestyle influencers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Coordinate with PR teams for campaigns, product send-outs, and collaborations.
  • Manage influencer relationships end-to-end from shortlisting and outreach to briefing, execution, and tracking performance.


Community Building & Engagement:

  • Engage with our audience daily through comments, DMs, and live sessions.
  • Create and implement interactive content formats such as Q&As, testimonials, and educational reels.
  • Represent the brand on camera confidently for reels, stories, and tutorials.


Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor analytics and track engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Use data insights to refine content strategy and boost performance.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to align social media goals with overall marketing objectives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in social media or digital marketing (beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Creativity & Branding: A strong visual sense, aesthetic taste, and ability to craft compelling stories.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and articulate on camera.
  • Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Tech & Tools: Familiar with social media analytics, content planning tools, and video editing apps.
