We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Security Analyst to join our growing team.

You will play a vital role in protecting our organization's IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

- 5+ years of experience in IT security or a related field.

- Strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls).

- Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) methodologies.

- Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection).

- Experience with incident response procedures and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with cloud security (e.g., AWS Security Services, Azure Security Center).

- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic Stack).

- Experience with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools.

- Experience with digital forensics and incident response (DFIR).

- Experience with security scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).

- Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses in our IT infrastructure.

- Analyze security logs and events to detect and investigate potential security threats.

- Monitor and maintain security controls (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).

- Participate in incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery.

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Provide security awareness training to employees.

- Document security findings and recommendations.

- Collaborate with other IT teams on security initiatives.
