Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Delivery Support:
  • Assist in the execution and tracking of Agile product development activities and release cycles.
  • Reporting & Metrics:

  • Cross-Team Coordination:
  • Facilitate effective communication between product, engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management:
  • Create and manage internal documentation, including product specs, process guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
  • Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct research to support product decisions, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Executional Admin & Support:
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for Agile ceremonies, product tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps), backlog management, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a product, project coordination, or technology support role.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Loop.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or experience in a technology product or software development environment.
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows, version control (e.g., Git), or cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or foundational Product Management (desirable but not required).
