About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to work closely with our COO in a high-impact Analyst capacity. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience in managing projects and data-driven reporting. You will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the COO to manage day-to-day priorities, projects, and initiatives.
- Perform detailed data analysis, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and track projects using tools like Jira and Airtable; ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain structured reporting processes for regular business reviews and performance tracking.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and operational goals.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, project management, or a related function.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (structuring, storytelling, visual presentation).
- Working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Airtable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management capabilities.
