What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Call Handling & Escalation – Be the first point of contact and ensure every issue is addressed with care and urgency.
- Monitoring Open Calls – Track service calls and escalate delays due to parts unavailability.
- MIS Reporting – Prepare insightful reports on parts and service performance.
- Dealer Correspondence – Communicate clearly and professionally with dealers to resolve issues.
- Outstanding Follow-Up – Stay on top of every open item until it’s resolved — no loose ends
What You Bring:
- B.Com degree with strong proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service or support roles
- ♂️ A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
