Job Profile :

- As a Production support lead, you will play a pivotal role in robust production management, infrastructure and application support across the domain and working closely with other teams to understand the upcoming releases and collaborating with them to prevent potential issues from occurring.

- Build a culture in bridging the gap between development and operations teams, with a focus on improving the efficiency, reliability and scalability of our software delivery practices.

- We are looking for a B Tech/ M Tech in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)

- Have worked in fintech or start up-like environment with high levels of ownership and commitment for at least 6+ years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading and managing production management for the applications on business resilience, continuity requirements and Users/Client management.

- Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing, with a great sense of urgency, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, handling major incidents and adhering to the SLA's.

- Identifying and capturing risks and production environment issues and engaging and coordinating with other team leads across the domain to identify and design solutions to problems.

- Work with CISO, Compliance & Infra team in making sure our applications and infrastructure are fully compliant with legal and security standards.

- Ensuring resilient and robust applications and infrastructure recovery plans.

- Delivering and managing the production deployments and release management process.

- Ability to collaborate with and manage the stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain documentation process of ongoing operations and administration of infrastructure and application run books and standard operational procedures.

- The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to your peers and management.

- To build & monitor the dashboard on the health status of various applications/servers.

- Provide prompt, accurate reporting in respect of key performance metrics, WSR, MSR and recommendations to improve efficiency.- :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Proven experience (6+ years) in Production Support roles with increasing responsibility.

- Strong proficiency in ITSM & ITIL practices for Incident Management & Problem Management.

- Good understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps/Cloud platforms/DB/OS/Scripting/SDLC practices.

- Knowledge on Systems Interface, Microservices, API's, Communication protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Leadership experience or a desire to lead the Support team.

Preferred Qualifications (good to have) :

- Relevant certifications (ITIL/ITSM ).

- Experience with the technology landscape - Scripting, PL/SQL, .Net, C#, Python, Webservers, Scheduler tools, Web Technologies, Confluence, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

- Knowledge of SRE, security best practices and tools.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
