Role Description
This is a full-time Night Shift role for a Customer Support Specialist based on-site in the Mohali district. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting product/service issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Handle inbound International customer calls.
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills for resolving customer inquiries and issues effectively
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus to provide an excellent customer experience
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improving processes
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to diverse customer needs
- Educational background in a relevant field, with prior customer support experience being a plus
