Role: Meta Ads Performance Marketer (Freelance)


⚠️ Mandatory: Must be based in Delhi–NCR and willing to visit our Hauz Khas office 1–2 times per week. Apply ONLY if you meet every condition.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Track KPIs and share weekly performance dashboards.
  • Work closely with the design/content team to shape creative strategy.
  • Manage ad budgets and scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.


Requirements

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads for D2C/eCommerce brands.
  • Strong command over performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Ability to create dashboards and derive actionable insights.
  • Understanding of modern creative trends (UGC, hooks, reels, carousels).
  • Delhi–NCR based + 1–2 office visits per week in Hauz Khas.


Compensation

  • 2–3% of total ad spend, plus
  • 10% commission on sales generated if ROAS exceeds 3
  • This is a performance-based freelance role designed for marketers who thrive on ownership, data, and results.
