JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manitou Equipment India in Greater Noida, UP, India, will have an opening for

(Position Name – Executive - Indirect Sourcing ). The prime responsibility of this position is:


Specific responsibilities:


Supplier Sourcing and Management: Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers based on a thorough analysis of price, quality, and delivery capabilities. Assist in the preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). Purchase requisition processing.


Procurement and Contract Administration: Prepare and issue purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., IT, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Marketing, HR, Finance) to gather and understand their indirect sourcing requirements, specifications, and preferences.


Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and organised procurement records, including vendor information, contracts, and purchasing documentation.


Process Improvement and Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sourcing team as needed, including scheduling meetings and organising documentation. Ensure sourcing activities are done in compliance with company policies and procedures.


Educational Qualification: Diploma, B.Tech, B.E, Finance, or a related field.
